3-4 bacon strips
boneless chicken breast
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 avacado, sliced
leaf of lettuce
1 tblsp mayo
Ciabatta bun, toasted and buttered
fresh ground pepper
1. In a frying pan put your bacon slices on and cook to desired crispiness.
2. Meanwhile, butterfly your chicken breast (slice horizintally). In another frying pan add a bit of butter and olive oil. Cook your chicken on about medium for 8-12 minutes. Make sure there is no pink in the thickest section.
3. Meanwhile, slice ciabatta and toast in oven on a higher rack. Once toasted add butter and mayo. Top your bun with chicken, bacon, avacado, and lettuce. Add some fresh ground pepper if you have it.
