Bloody ‘ell Mary! A Sunday brunch hangover cure for a late night of partying!


1 1/2 oz. vodka
A dash of Worchestershire
A dash of Hot Sauce
A squeeze of lemon
Tomato juice
Celery Stock

1. Pour some salt on a saucer, cut a slice of lemon and make a small cut in it. Slide the lemon around the rim of your glass.

2. Fill half the glass with ice and add vodka. Squeeze the lemon slice and add hot sauce and worchestershire to taste. Top up with tomato juice and a few more ice cubes, give it a stir. Garnish with a piece of celery.
