One daiquiri, two daiquiri, three daiquiri, four. This recipe is for one cocktail, double it up for two.

2 oz white rum
¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup or 2 tsp fine sugar
1 lime wheel, for garnish

1. Add rum, lime juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Stir to dissolve sugar.

2. Add cubed and crushed ice and shake it up babyyy.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lime. Enjoy!

*Simple Syrup

1 cup water
2 cups sugar

Bring the water to a boil.
Add sugar and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Cool syrup and use immediately or pour into a covered jar and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
Makes 1 cup
