1 slice Fresh ginger
1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate Rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: Lime wheel

1. Muddle ginger piece in a shaker. Add all ingredients to the shaker, add ice and shake it up.

2. Strain in to a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
