Have this with some jamaican jerk chicken and rice for a jamaican night.

Ingredients

3 green mature plantains
1/4 cup oil
Salt to sprinkle on plantain

1. Peel plantains and slice lengthwise about 1/2 inch. Heat oil in large skillet.

2. Fry each side of the plantains about 2 minutes each. Place cooked plantains between layers of paper towels and press down, to remove excess oil.

3. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
