Pair this delicious dish with a risotto and a nice bottle of wine. This Italian favorite is easy to make and sure to impress your guests.


Dry Mix

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  •  1 tbsp baking powder
  •  1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tblsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries


1. In a small bowl, mix and whisk  the dry mix ingredients together.

2. After your dry mix is well mixed, in another bowl whisk the egg, milk and butter together. Add the liquid mix to your dry mix and bland until smooth.

3. Heat up a nonstick frying pan about medium. You may have to adjust this depending on your pan and stove. When you see bubbles form and pop, flip when golden brown.

4. Heat up oven to 150 degrees and put an oven safe plate of pan in. Stack your pancakes, add butter in between them if you like. Add fruit and maple syrup after you plate your pancakes.
