Fast and easy.
1 small can of sweet corn, rinsed and drained
4 slices of ham cut into strips and halved
100 g of Gruyere cheese, finely diced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 hard boiled eggs quartered
8 lettuce leaves
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon of vinegar
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
1. Mix corn, slices of ham, tomatoes and cheese in a bowl.
2. Add mustard, vinegar, oil, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk well.
3. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each serving plate and add saled on top. Add dressing and garnish with eggs.
