1 1⁄2 oz Pear puree or nectar
1 tsp Pear brandy
Tiny pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
6 oz Sparkling wine

1. Add puree or nectar, brandy and spice to a mixing glass with a couple of ice cubes.
Mix well and add sparkling wine.

2. Stir and strain into a chilled glass.

3. Garnish with slice of pear.
