Make this for two or double|triple up for a dinner party appetizer.
1/4 cup mayo
sriracha chili sauce, to taste
8-16 oz flaked or chunked crab
1. Slice scallions, keep some of the rings to put on top.
2. Add crab, mayo, scallion in a bowl and mix. Add sriracha to taste.
3. Put in fridge for 10 mins and serve in small bowls. Garnish with some of the scallion slices on top.
