2 cups edamame in their pods
1/4 cup oil, vegetable oil or olive oil
2 tblsp chili powder
2 tblsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili oil, japanese rayu
1. Add ingredients except edamame to bowl and whisk well.
2. Boil the edamame for 5 mins. Remove from heat, add to sauce bowl and toss well.
4. In a large preheated pan quickly stir fry 2 mins on med high and serve.
