Easy to prep, tasty and add as much spice as you like.
1 Tblsp olive oil
1 Tblsp butter
1 Tsp crushed garlic
Jalepeno flakes to taste
2 Tblsp tomato paste
1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Onion diced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Angel Hair pasta
1. Set a pan on med low, add butter and olive oil. Add diced onion and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and jalepeno flakes to taste.
Cover and let simmer for 20 mins. Stir occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, heat full pot of water. Cook angel hair pasta. Meanwhile, blend in tomato paste and a dash of cream to your sauce. Add more cream while stirring until its all in. Add 3/4 basil and stir, simmer for another 5 mins until pasta is done.
3. Plate pasta, add sauce and top with freshly grated parmesan and remaining basil.
