tomato parmesan sandwich

1 Roma Tomato
2 oz fresh parmesan
4 in english cucumber
2 slices bread
1 tblsp butter
1 oz mayo
sriracha to taste

1. Set the oven to broil and place bread on top rack. Toast and when you flip it, add butter.

2. Take toast out of oven and add mayo and sriracha to taste. Grate fresh parmesan on one side and add sliced
cucumber and tomato on other.

3. Fold together and slice.
