Adjust this recipe accordingly, as to how many times you are filling the flutes.
1 cup fresh straweberries
2 oz brandy
Fresh strawberries for garnish
1. Razz or mash the strawberries and add the brandy and let sit for 1/2 hr.
2. Spoon 1 tblsp of strawberry mix into bottom of flute.
3. Tilt flute and fill with champagne. Give a light stir. Garnish with a strawberry.
