The old Warrington farmhouse is decorated in an eclectic style that reflects our area, but with all of the inviting warmth that you expect from a B&B. We have four guest rooms in the Main House each with private baths and a detached 700 square foot cottage with a private backyard.
Rehoboth Beach – The largest of our area beach towns with amazing restaurants entertainment. It boasts a mile long boardwalk and a family friendly beach.
Parking is free in the off season with metered or zone parking permits in the Summer. Pets are permitted on boardwalk and beach October 1 – April 30.
We are just mere minutes to the outlets, wonderful restaurants, movie theatre, and other attractions yet tucked away in a residential area.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is quite simply one of our most raved about amenities. Guests enjoy a complete homemade breakfast each morning. We offer a continental buffet in addition to the morning’s hot entrée of the day. Enjoy a full breakfast served from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.

- All rooms have private baths, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fans, individual climate control, sound conditioners, hair dryers, refrigerators, rocks glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, and ice bucket
- Relax at our beautifully hardscaped pool, soak in the rays on the chaise lounges, or enjoy a meal or cocktail at one of the dining tables
- Relax in our Lounge located in the Carriage featuring a sitting area with large HD TV or play a game at the poker table
- Watch a movie from our expansive DVD selection
- Take Fido into the 3500 square foot fenced-in pet walk area for potty breaks and off-leash exercise
- Chill out in our octagon shaped gazebo with plenty of seating located within the fenced-in area
- Wash away the grime after a day at the beach using our custom cedar-enclosed outdoor shower for guests (available April through October)
- Bath your pooch at the outdoor pet washing station (available April through October).
- Borrow our beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for a day at the Ocean
- Sip on a glass of wine or read a book on the wrap around screened-in porch
