Both of these locations attract people from all over the world to dive and snorkel due to the amazing variety of tropical fish, and the outstanding array of coral. Enjoy these activities with a chartered tour, or dive in yourself.

At Pu`uhonua O’Honaunau you’ll find an entry point into the water known locally as ‘Two Steps’. This is the perfect place for the novice diver, or snorkeler, to experience the undersea beauty in a safe, easily accessible location. Situated only minutes from our resort, you’ll be swimming with schools of yellow tangs in no time. Our bed and breakfast is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring the Big Island’s attractions. Whether it’s snorkeling or diving, taking a trip to the volcano or to Mauna Kea, make Horizon Guest House the jumping off point for your Big Island adventure.

Our breakfasts change daily and always include fresh fruit grown here on the property. Choose from mangoes, oranges, papaya, dragon fruit, pineapple and more!
