The guesthouse property is an ideal “home base” for venturing out to experiences such as visiting Volcano National Park, stunning hiking trips over massive lava fields, the Ahalanui hot ponds, and the nearby small village of Pahoa.
The guesthouse gardens are an ideal place for secluded, private relaxation. The property has various spaces to kick-back (or “socialize”) both Inside and out.
A weekly social event, with light food, drinks and music takes place, in the garden, where locals and guests are encouraged to mingle. Special scheduled events sometimes include karaoke, performances by local drag queens, and live music.
