The Château du Faubourg is a fine example of the French Second Empire Napoleon III architecture. A famous architect Monsieur Joseph Ferdinand Peachy who was the president of the Quebec Architects Association designed it in the 1880’s.
Located in the heart of Québec City’s historical neighbourhood. We are within walking distance to some of the the world’s most reknown restaurants, musical shows, Opera and endless entertainment from the many ferstivals of the city.
You can visit the Plains of Abraham, Jeanne D Arc Gardens, the Convention Centre, Museums, Parliament Buildings, main Business District as well as many other historical sites. During the winter you can enjoy a short drive to some of the City’s best ski resorts of the area.

- Breakfast at le Château du Faubourg is more than a regular continental breakfast, we are adding numerous items to the menu: cooked eggs to your taste, cold cuts, a selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, fresh press coffee, a variety of cereals, all kind of jams and spreads, yogurts 2 to 3 different breads and according to the season banana loaf, cookies and more.
